We hope you enjoy seeing a few of our Buicks.  These are Tyler's cars.

When Tyler was 15, we bought the red 72 Skylark.  It was purchased online, I flew in, picked it up and drove it home, praying all the way.  We didn't do a frame off, but it was completely torn down and rebuilt.  Then came the 70 Skylark post for a race car project.  This car again was torn completely down and built for drag racing.  We have a 4 door 72 Skylark, that was a daily driver for a while, but just wasn't what a young drag racer needs to drive everyday.  So next came the 86 Grand National.  This car is driven daily now.

  1970 Buick Sklark
This 1970 Buick Skylark currently features a 464 Buick Big Block, Switch Pitch TH 400 trans and 8.5" rear with 4:10 spool and Moser Axles.  It is still in progress, but currently producing 633 hp with 100 shot of nitrous.  Best pass, 10.92 at 122mph on motor at 3300' elevation.  Looking for 9's this season.

1972 Buick Skylark  GSX clone

This 1972 GSX was a real mess when we got it.  It was completely taken apart and built back by us.  We built a 464 with TH 400.  It was driven by Tyler to high school everyday on the highway, and raced on weekends.  Best time was 12.42 with street tires.  This car now has a Buick 350 with TH 400, 3.42 posi.  This car stays inside unless the weather is nearly perfect.

1986 Buick Grand National

Tyler needed a daily driver.  He started looking for a Grand National, and found this car.  We picked it up and planned to drive it home.  Took it easy for a while, then while passing a slower car, he snapped the front pump and the tranny was toast.  Tyler learned a lot about the newer generation of Buick performance with this car and has done a lot of modifications to the stock set up.  Nothing major, but a long list of changes to lay down a 12 second quarter mile, and get 30 mpg's driving everyday.  This is a fun, nice car.
